Buyer reviewRoe and her team helped us find a rental, and then a year and half later our forever home! She was patient and checked in regularly when we were in between the two processes, and was ready to jump when we were! She was alway professional, prompt, and gave us tons of great advice. Her and Deb are a 5 star team and we are so lucky we found our dream home because of them!

Seller reviewMy husband and I were immediately struck by the warmth, grace and professionalism of Roe and Deb in their interactions with us. We had several other interviews with other realtors and no one else was as friendly and approachable. We felt our needs were heard immediately. Roe and Deb did a phenomenal job selling our home. Most of their time was spent in helping us get ready for the sale. Making the home attractive by helping us select the best colors for repainting various rooms, staging for the best look before going live, and assisting in creating a new contemporary look in our kitchen. They both have a wonderful sense of style, design and color which helped transform our older somewhat cluttered 1968 cape cod home into a stylish home that garnered more offers than we ever expected and our home sold in less than a week!! They are always willing to go the extra mile to find the answer to a question or research information without any hesitation, and always with a smile. They are the BEST! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a home. They have listened to us in the best and worst of moods as is the case in selling a home. Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Roe Sommer and Deb McLoughlin to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. They clearly walked us though each step of the process and each page of the contract to insure we were comfortable. Additionally, they offered many helpful tips and recommendation in preparing our home for sale as well as always being available to include immediately responding to new potential homes when they pop'd up. Giving us the first shot at making an offer. I have to say that getting 8 offers 2 days after listing our home was beyond my expectations. If I ever need to look to sell or buy again, I will most certainly choose this excellent team.

Seller reviewThis was my first time selling a house. Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team were excellent through the whole process. They always maintained a professional manner and were clearly determined to help my husband and I get the most value for our townhouse. Roe made sure we understood all of the paperwork we were signing, going through it with both of us. She gave us a timeline of the sale and came through even when we had to slip the dates a little. Both Deb and Roe provided excellent advice on staging our house. They were both present at the open house. The Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team are excellent! They love what they do and are very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. We received 8 offers on our house and sold for more than we expected! I highly recommend them for selling your house.

Seller reviewI would recommned Deb and Roe highly since they accomplished getting the house sold well past the end of the normal sales season, and in spite of working with non-motivated sellers who showed no flexibilty on discuss price. Obviously, this did not make their job any easier but they didn't kick us to the curb but kept on actively trying to sell the property. The final result was a sale price that was acceptable and a good working relationship with Deb and Rpe throughout the process.
