She has an incredible understanding of the market and strategy regarding sales and purchases. She is personable and she seeks to gain maximum understanding of the other brokers and participants in the transaction to give her client the best advantage possible. We were especially impressed with her efforts to help us virtually and sometimes overseas, including taking video of a potential home for us. With a recent house sale she ensured a smooth closing and got us over asking price. We would recommend her as a broker.
