I didn't have to worry about anything due to the trust built since by day 1 of getting in touch with Mr.Katt both while buying this property as well as while selling this property due to my relocation to California. I couldn't have asked for more. For me, selling my home at this premises was a 'non-issue' because of excellent support from Mr.Katt. I couldn't have asked for more !
