Seller reviewI am not sure that I can find the proper words to describe Nick and how impactful he was in the selling of our home. I sincerely believe that we would not have gotten the same results if we had used another agent. Nick was knowledgeable, professional, kind, prompt and most of all, just a genuine person. Sadly, we had to deal with a very shady contractor and having Nick on our side gave us the comfort and confidence we needed to get through the process. Nick worked hard to get our house ready for listing and was on top of things every step of the way. He would reassess the situation every couple of weeks and was proactive in giving us suggestions on what can be done to help sell our home. Bottom line, Nick worked hard from the beginning to the end and never gave up. I have told him over and over again, that I'm not sure what we would have done without him. He truly is a gem and my husband and I are forever grateful for his service and his friendship.

He showed us too many houses to count and continued to have the same passion even after we changed our minds several times. He helped us determine areas that would work for our particular needs and was always fast to respond to our questions and concerns. He was able to negotiate a fast closing and ensured the home was cleaned for us prior to moving in. Nick was able to give us several suggestions and recommendations to make our home buying and home ownership process both easier and more enjoyable. I will certainly be using Nick again when the time comes to relocate and sell.
