This was our first foreclosure purchase and we had some bumps along the day. However, Tom and Sheila always kept us up to date and let us know everything. We live about 50 miles away and there were many times it was inconvenient for us to be at the house. Tom took care of them all! Felt very confident about the deal once I talked to Tom. Great upbeat and real person!
