Buyer reviewWe met Hector as we were doing some home shopping, he saw him as he was closing one property that was vacant and we asked him it we were too late for a showing. He politely said no, and invited us in to look at the property. From that moment we noticed that he was an agent that we should have working for us. His knowledge of the property and other suggestions he made, got us feeling comfortable to asked him for his contact because we wanted to work with him. Hector made sure he's with us every step of the way, answer all questions and always reply right away. He was very patient with us and traveled great lengths to show us properties that we were interested to look at without complaining or discourage us to look into them. Well after the closing documents were completed Hector Cruz was still making himself available by assisting us to take our first step into our new home. Being a first time buyer we had many questions and concerns, Hector was always easy to get a hold of and responded quickly no matter the time or day. He was extremely prompt in relaying messages back in forth from the seller as well with providing us necessary contracts. Hector made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way and most importantly he truly made us feel like he had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
