Peter Hunt was professional and went above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor. He expedited the sales process and made it so simple. Peter spent hours raking leaves and trimming shrubs one day to increase the curb appeal of my home. He installed numbers on the mailbox post to make the address easier to locate. Peter assisted in moving various heavy personal items and volunteered his two sons to contribute as necessary. He was helpful and communicative throughout the sales process. Very straight forward and honest, I liked Peter's overall style. He was a good negotiator, and obtained several offers over list price in four days.
