Carrie is incredibly versed in her field, she has great connections and relationships built with lenders, title companies and other agents in the Fox Valley Area and beyond. Carrie is the perfect combination of realistic and optimistic, we truly felt we could trust her insight and feedback throughout this entire process. We sold and bought in a very competitive market, Carrie gave us a list of things we needed to do to make our sale as successful as it could be and our offer as strong as it could be. We followed everything she suggested and our showings, appraisal, purchase of our new home and everything beyond went off without a hitch! We don't have enough good things to say, we are just so thankful!
