Marilyn went above and beyond on this property. We were dealing with a Fannie Mae property which has to be the most difficult type of purchase. Through every step and change thrown at us by the owner of the property Marilyn was there to make sure our interest were taken care of. She apologized over and over for Fannie Mae when she had nothing to do with what was happening. She knew we were ultimately purchasing this property for our Daughter and she made sure to take our Daughter's feelings and thoughts into consideration and treated her with the utmost respect. Marilyn has always gone the extra mile with each and every property we have worked with her on. Professional would be an understatement.
