From navigating the offer to suggestions during the inspection, we were very encouraged by the way he help us through each step. He was always willing to answer questions and would get back with me very promptly, even shortly after he and his wife had their first child! I knew I could lean on him in confusing parts of the process. We would definitely go with Logan if we are ever to buy a house again. He made the process as easy and pain-free as it could be. Given our unique situation from moving in from out of state and navigating changing loan and appraisal variables, Logan performed excellently throughout the entire journey.

Seller reviewI would HIGHLY recommend Logan. He was eager for the sale and jumped on the opportunity to finish this for us quickly. There was hardly anything that we needed to do throughout the process because everything was sent digitally and communicated through email and text. He was excellent in his customer service skills, advertised on Facebook multiple times, and always informed us of showings and feedback on them.
