I am so glad that I went with the best realtor in my area of San Diego. Sharon Schultz managed my purchase in 2016, then found a great buyer in 2020 when I had to move to the North County area of San Diego. Sharon is affectionately known in the San Carlos, Del Cerro, and La Mesa areas as the "Condo Queen." I found that out when I initially began looking for a property in the Lake Murray area. I always look for the best, most experienced realtor in any area where I'm looking to buy. Sharon met that need. I even utilized Award Property's Melissa Pirez to manage my rental. She was timely, polite and very competent. She literally took care of every aspect of the renting of my condo. She walked me through all decisions and gave much needed, clear expertise. I consider Melissa to be the best I've ever encountered in decades of renting out properties under a management company. I think it is a big mistake when buyers and sellers do not get the very best, and instead go for a quick sale at a supposedly "discount" rate. The saying "You get what you pay for" rings true here. I personally recommend at the highest level possible the services of Ms. Sharon Schultz. I tell folks about her anytime I have the chance. I am a pretty demanding and fussy person by nature when it comes to something as important as real estate. Sharon has literally exceeded all my expectations in all areas. Kevin was down to earth and easy to talk to and discuss things. It was a pleasure having him to work with and just being available whenever I needed him to go look at a house or answering any questions I had.

Sharon was awesome! She listed the property on a Saturday and held an open house the next day on Sun. By Sun night we had 2 offers and she helped guide and advise me through the entire process, from offer(s) to close. Sharon has a great disposition and helped to calm me down when I got frustrated a few times about the process. She also is very much a professional with extraordinary integrity. When she says she's going to do something, or be somewhere at a certain time, or take care of something, then you can count on her doing exactly that. Her actions sync 100% with her words which is so refreshing in this day and age. In my opinion, Sharon is probably in the top 1 percentile of her profession. Throughout the entire process, I felt fortunate and blessed to have her on my side. She brings a wealth of expertise, communication and negotiation skills to the table and more importantly she's a very professional, friendly and nice person to be around. Plus her work ethic is awesome! Karla was awesome with the docs. Dana was awesome as well, but she's with the escrow company so not sure if I should be giving her well deserved kudos here or not. All three ladies, Sharon, Dana and Karla were great to work with.
