Buyer reviewWe purchased this property at an open house that Judy gave. We were not working with an agent. Judy answered all of our questions and made the purchase simple. I viewed the property weeks earlier at another open house she gave at the same property. I brought my husband and son to see it on the day we made the offer. Her perseverance to make this property available for viewing was what made us purchase it.

Seller reviewCommunication is big for me. Judy was excellent to deal with. Living in NH 4hours away during the sale had it challenges for me. Judy always kept in constant communication whether it was by phone or email regarding every aspect of the sale. She called with all offers answering any questions that we had and always forwarded documents via email for processing. Judy was very helpful she offered and met individuals as needed concerning inspections and anything else that we needed her for.
