Sunshine is a radiant abundance of information!! My son and his soon-to-be wife (most cherished person ever), live in Carrollton. I am currently living in Massachusetts and will soon be relocating to Georgia. Purchasing a house from another state with different guidelines is a challenge. I searched through online sites like Realtor.com and Zillow to find an overall list of top rated/recommended agents. I took that list and whittled it down to 3-5 agents. I looked at a combination of factors like experience and where their recent sales have been in relation to my home (wanted them familiar with my area). I reached out to those 3-5 agents/teams and Justin was by far the quickest to respond (some didn't ever respond!). During our initial conversations, I could tell Justin was actually listening to my needs and adjusting to them, versus some other agents that act like they are listening, then immediately ignore what you say. The combination of response time and adaptability to MY needs is what put Justin and team above and beyond others for picking an agent. Justin and team brought their years of experience to the table and came up with a rock solid plan tailored to my property. They made it clear that this was their proposal on how to approach this and made sure I was ok with it, versus just telling me this is how it was going to be. This plan was executed perfectly and after 4 days, I had 8 offers, with one being significantly above list price. There were some minor issues/hiccups with requests from the buyers and their agent, but Justin helped me navigate those issues with ease and minimum stress. He provided recommendations on how to proceed with these requests. He also listened to my concerns and directly addressed any concerns I had by owning the issues and gathering all the information I needed to make decisions. Justin was the only one I directly interacted with and he was fantastic with all interpersonal characteristics. He was very polite and respectful of my time and concerns. His communications were always extremely timely and he communicates clearly and effectively. There was not a single time I hesitated to reach out to him with any questions or concerns. He would also proactively reach out on things that really weren't even in his area of responsibility (i.e. reminding me to cancel all my utility services to the home after closing). He has my complete trust and confidence as my seller agent. I only ever interacted directly with Justin, but he made it clear that he has a very talented and experienced team of support behind him that allows him to be such an excellent agent. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. Justin made this process as absolutely smooth and stress-free as possible. I cannot imagine a selling experience that could have been better than what Justin and team provided my wife and me.
