Aaron really went the extra mile for us. We were buying and selling back to back and had a very tight time-line. Aaron was able to find us a buyer quickly and went out of his way to keep the deal alive. He kept us informed all along the way and professionally fielded even our dumbest questions. Geneva is very patient, understanding and there is no 'quit' in her.. We are picky buyers, but also had a lot of bad luck with finding/purchasing our home. Geneva did not flinch, did not try and convince us to buy something we didn't like and was very diligent in seeing this through. She was actually the one making sure we didn't buy something we would regret as we were starting to get impatient (as mentioned we had a lot of bad luck). That showed me she was more interested in making sure we got what we wanted and putting our interests first rather than making a quicker deal. In the end we ended up in the best home and at a better price than many of the other homes we looked at. I'm really thankful she helped keep us grounded and focused. I would absolutely recommend Geneva again especially in this highly competitive sellers market. It takes a lot of hard work (and work ethic) to find the right home and she definitely came through.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Geneva Tanner when selling our home. We were not in the state through any part of the sales process so a lot of items fell to Geneva to address and she did a great job. Our house was on the market for less than 1 week and we received an acceptable offer. The reason that we chose Geneva is because she was our agent when we bought the house 10 years ago and we enjoyed working with her then.

Geneva is highly skilled and experienced at what she does. She had a vast knowledge of properties and neighborhoods spanning across both Salt Lake and Utah counties. Her only goal was to make sure we were happy with our selection in homes and was very patient with us frequently changing our minds in what we were looking for. She was very sharp in identifying potential problems in homes that we would have never noticed. Geneva is dedicated and hard working and it shows at her level of service and attention to detail. She did a fantastic job at explaining everything in ways that made sense to us. She also did an exceptional job maintaining communication while searching for homes and throughout the home buying process. I am very satisfied with Genevas performance and have already referred her to several of my friends.
