David was very patient as we looked at a great many of houses in search of our perfect one and went above and beyond to help us with anything that came up before and after the sale. Annette was extremely helpful in providing needed information. I highly recommend them for any real estate transaction as their vast knowledge is extremely useful for making educated decisions. They know the area. They understand local market trends. They have the experience to be informative on worthy investments. They referred us to excellent inspectors, contractors and mortgage lenders to assist us. They are an excellent team and absolutely wonderful to work with.

He was extremely helpful through the entire process. David was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. I felt he was very honest and upfront with information. I would highly recommend David Rollins as an Agent to assist with selling or buying a home. David handled everything for me as I had moved out of the state when the offer was made on my house. I believe he went above and beyond to make the selling experience as easy as possible. Even taking care of some last minute issues the arose.
