She worked very hard to help us look at and consider other homes for sale as an alternative in the event our "short sale" home fell through. She also worked with and kept the "prod" on the seller's bankers to expedite the long process of readying the sale of the short sale house. At times we would run low on patience and hope of ever getting to buy the short sale house, Tammy would very skillfully and tactfully encourage us in the waiting game.
