I simply can't say enough positive things about Cary Griffith and Century21 Sierra Realtors! Cary was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working! I felt like he truly cared about my particular situation and always had my best interests at heart. I can not thank him enough as this was a difficult process for me. My family and I were unsure about what to do regarding this property which had been left in a my father's trust. We kept going back and forth about what to do with it. Cary was extremely patient! Our relationship regarding this property lasted over a period of years! Whenever I asked, he gave me candid advice without any pressure! I truly felt that he cared about doing the right thing by my family. I came to view him as a trusted friend. When my family and I finally determined that selling it was the right answer, Cary kept me informed every step of the way. The process, though it took a while, was smooth and he always made sure that I understood all my options. Once we had accepted an offer, the paperwork portion could not have been easier, and I was always confident that I knew what I was signing. I have had dealings with other realtors/agents in other states and other areas of California. I just wish that they had been even half as capable, and considerate as Cary Griffith! Cary Griffith was a tremondous help to me regarding a property that was a very difficult legal problem for me. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Excellent communicator. Answered my questions thoroughly, and addressed issues I had not yet thought of. Very informative about many local issues. I was not from this area, had many emotional issues about the death of my brother which led me to having to sell his property. Cary was very supportive and good at listening to my dilemnas at each phase of the sale. I will never forget this and hope I can someday repay him for his emotional and financial help. What I can do is let other people in his area know that Cary Griffith should always be their #1 choice for a Broker! Any problems that occurred with the property were brought to my attention quickly by Cary, and he always helped me with finding a solution to any and all of these problems. Being unfamiliar with the area left me at a disadvantage. Cary as my Broker and personally handling every aspect of the sale of this 38+acre ranch turned out to be my overwhelming advantage. When all was said and done, Cary completed what I refer to as a WIN. It was a win for me, a win for the buyer, and a win for Cary. Nothing could be better than that! A successful, winning experience in every aspect of the sale. This would include the listing process, the value of the local properties, vs the value of this property, the preparation of the property for sale, (what needs to be done to the property to help expedite the sale), negotiating with the offers made, assisting with a counter offer, communication with the escrow and their requirements, and patience with me as I completed all the court probate paperwork. Cary made an emotional experience into a most pleasant experience. My thanks to him and all his staff. Staff in the office including his wife, were always friendly and prompt to address any questions I had. I never had a problem reaching Cary immediately or in a timely manner, and they made my calls to Cary pleasant. Couldn't ask for more than that!

We were thinking of moving from LA to Mariposa a year ago...none of the other Realtors took us seriously...Jackie not only did..she kept communicating with us about properties available...when we were in the position to relocate Jackie took us to several homes and listened to our concerns..she always agreed. Then when we saw the perfect house for us she had us contact all the right people to make the sale as easy as possible buying a new home..I would say she is honest,kind and genuine...we would use her again and certainly refer her to our friends and family in Los Angeles.
