If she couldn't answer our concern she went right to work finding the answer! Made us feel comfortable with each and every question and concern that we had. A very pleasant experience in making a hard decision. The real estate market is crazy and confusing right now! Jodie is great to deal with! We did have contact with Carl Mygrant only at closing. He too was very courteous.
