Seller reviewWe decided to move closer to our family and had an out of state community in mind that we wanted to which wanted relocate. We previously used them in the purchase of our home, the sale of the previous home and the sale of a rental house that we owned. All of these transactions were very successful. We originally talked to Renee 2 months before listing and she recommended that we wait to purchase our new home until we sold the current one. She verified our own thinking and thus we chose that path. We then proceeded to get our home ready to list. As it turned out, our home sold in less than 1 week freeing us to purchase our new out of state home. We are very happy with the result from listing, to negotiation, to contract, to closing. I recommend them to my friends who consider selling their home.

Seller reviewRenee went through many selling options at the beginning ... Devised a good plan to get the property ready for sale making it more marketable. Spend time putting good comp's together. Came by and checked on our progress. Worked well with buyer and his agent. Stayed in touch with title company, buyer, lending company, etc She made it seem like we were her only client, almost a one on one situation. She did everything right to get a quick sale at the right price. I would be more that happy to refer Renee to any prospective seller or buyer as she works for the good of both parties to have a smooth transition.

Buyer reviewI worked with Renee's partner, Gene Jantzen to purchase our first home. The Austin area market is crazy right now, and our budget was relatively small for the area. He stuck with us for over six months and through multiple offers before we finally found something suitable in our price range. He was always friendly and willing to spend the time that was needed to show houses, keep up contact with seller's agents, and explain all the paperwork, even though the commission on our sale was going to be small. As soon as something in our price range came available he was on top of it. Good service no matter who you are, and I doubt any other agent will help you find a house more quickly.

Seller reviewThe house sold very quickly ~ before the one I purchased was ready and Renee arranged for me to rent the sold house for one month. Also, Renee arranged to handle having the house professionally cleaned and being there for the final inspection by the Buyer's Agent. Very important to me as I needed to drive to Denton to be there for the arrival of my furnature.
