Had a great experience with Kevin and his son Randy. They were extremely helpful, nice, and you could tell they cared about me as a buyer/client. I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel as if they didn't take me seriously. It was a very pleasant experience. In the past I have attempted to buy a house and it did not go smoothly. My realtor was great too then, but there were other factors that somewhat turned me off of the process. However working with the Porizeks has completely changed my outlook. I will definitely be referring them to a few friends looking to buy soon, and I also will use them again when I plan to add another piece of real estate. Again, couldn't have gone with a better team!

I have known Kevin since we were growing as kids up in the neighborhood. His knowledge of homes and their value in the area are superb. He went the extra mile to help me get the most for my house at the time we sold it. We had quite a few bumps and unexpected problems along the way and with his help and knowledge we got thru all of them with minimal impact on my proceeds. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling their property.

Kevin and Randy Porizek were the selling agents for our mother's house, and they did a fabulous job; we could not recommend them more highly. This father-son team came recommended to us by numerous people in the El Camino Village neighborhood whose houses they had sold, or from people they helped buy a home. Before contracting with Kevin and Randy we interviewed three additional references; they all gave Randy and Kevin rave reviews. As Kevin lives in El Camino Village, and Randy doesn't live far away, they really know the neighborhood (and many of the people in it). Their connections with the business and people in the area were helpful. Randy and Kevin are knowledgeable and professional; they clearly know their business. They came well-prepared to our first meeting, with a comprehensive research packet on what the homes in our area had been selling for, and their estimate of the value of ours. During the process of getting the house ready to sell they provided us with contacts for a house cleaner, stager, and estate sale company, and answered many other questions we had as we prepared the house for sale. Randy and Kevin were extremely responsive and very helpful. They were a pleasure to talk with, as they were always calm, good-humored, and patient. We will, in particular, miss the laugh in Randy's voice; it was nice to talk with him, as he always sounded so happy. Hats off to them for managing so well during the pandemic; Randy created a terrific video tour of the house, and took great photos. We received 8 offers in a week. Randy and Kevin kept us informed as the offers came in, and they explained the pluses and disadvantages of the various offers. They were adept at negotiating a great deal for us. Our mother's house sold for more than we could have hoped, despite the virus. Randy and Kevin made what could have been a stressful process a seamless and easy one. We were very glad to have found them, highly recommend them, and would work with them again.
