Buyer reviewMike Ripinski was looking out for my best interests right from the start. He didn't just show houses to me, he really looked into the houses and offered his opinions, making sure I knew the positives and negatives of each one. He was quick to respond to me and I felt he always put me first. It was a pleasure to work with Mike. Mike always made sure I understood what was going on, I trusted him fully.

Seller reviewI met Dawn when she was offered as a contact when I was looking to buy my first home. It was such a good experience that I asked her to help me sell that home four years later. When buying, we went out and viewed houses only twice. The first day, she showed me some decent places. When we went out the second day, she had really grasped precisely what I was looking for and just hit a home run finding me exactly the right place. As a first-time buyer, she really took the time to walk me through what is a very scary process. She went out of her way to help me over all the hurdles. She was personable and worked aggressively to help me find a home. I knew choosing her to help me sell the house was the right decision.

Seller reviewDawne was the best, unlike the agent we used to buy our new home who we thought was excellent, but after the closing it has been a different story. Dawne has continued to follow up with us after the sale. If we left a message because her phone was busy the wait to hear back from Dawne was very short, usually within minutes. Great all around experience.

Seller reviewMike Ripinski was our primary agent and Dawne was a pleasure to work with as well. He was knowledgeable about the market in terms of pricing the home. We loved the professional pictures that were taken for the website. He always returned phone calls and emails quickly. He also was integral in helping us purchase our new house. He guided us through the process but also took care of the things he could. The girls from their office who would call to inform us of the showings were always professional and friendly. We have recommended him and Dawne to several people already.
