Buyer reviewWe are first-time home owners. Jayne and Bill are super patient and helpful. There are two major factors in our choice of working with them. First, they are friends of my friend. Second, they are Christians. When we called Bill, he was very nice and friendly. It is currently the seller's market. Therefore, there is not so much room for negotiating the price and terms of the purchase. Bill and Jayne helped us figure out what kind of house work best for our family. I appreciate that Bill and Jayne helped us make informed decisions. Jayne and Bill went up and beyond. They were so patient throughout the process. As a first-time home buyer, I can not ask for a better realtor team. They are just wonderful.
