Seller reviewCyndee Carr was fantastic. It was by far our best home sales transaction. She had a great plan for marketing the house -- timing, pricing, strategy and staging were all executed flawlessly and it lead to the house being sold over one weekend and at exactly the price we were hoping for (which was $30,000 above our asking price). Cyndee Carr is outstanding -- caring, knowledgeable, friendly, smart, honest... everything you want in an agent. I wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation.
