Seller reviewWe noticed Ann Hancock's signs all around the Oxford area, and found the Century 21 Office in town. Having an informed local Realtor that knows the territory and local market was very important to us. Ann Hancock was on top of her game with every aspect of our sale. We had a difficult buyer with need for multiple views and inspections of the home for an upstairs renovation that factored into the sale. Ann handled the whole matter in a way that gave us the comfort of knowing she was continuously looking for our best interest throughout the buyers due diligence process. We are very well pleased with Ann's knowledge and experience, as well as her dedication to us personally as well as to her profession.

Buyer reviewThis was a foreclosure property. We Initially dealt with the listing HUD agent. Had unsatisfactory dealings with him and called Ann Hancock based on numerous local referrals. She was a tremendous help and was instrumental in us getting the 25+ page contract submitted first which resulted in us getting the house. Her knowledge of the history of the 95-year old property added fun/interest to the process. I would highly recommend Ann!

Seller reviewAnn's estimation of the property's likely selling price was within $1000.00 of the appraiser's valuation, and that's very close. Ann discussed specific repairs needed if the house was to meet FFA / FHA requirements. The property would probably have sold sooner if there had not been days and days of rain. Ann has helped me sell two houses and find a house for a friend. Her selling methods are effective - but if you fail to sell a house because you ignored her expertise, don't be surprised.
