Seller reviewMy wife and I have moved and bought 6 and sold 5 homes, 3 in the last 10 years. The last one we sold, with Sam Haberlach as our realtor, was the smoothest and most professional process. She had a plan. She worked the plan. We got top dollar. On "big" details (Market knowledge, setting the asking price, advertising, etc) she match or exceeded the capabilities of the previous realtors. On "small" details she's unique and far exceeded anybody we've used. In evaluating the property to set the asking price she had a list of pros and potential cons. For each potential con she developed a mitigation plan. One dealing with a second parking space she needed to implement. In the prep for staging she personally did touch up painting, lighting fixtures and other handy man tasks cheaply fixing small items that I believe help deliver a big payoff.

I had sold five other properties in the last 25 years; never have I experienced the level of service provided by Bo. Bo's analysis of the property was far more developed than anything I had previously provided when selling a home. Bo coordinated the use of a talented staging expert that provided an extremely detailed list of actions to optimize the staging of the home. Bo also coordinated the use of a professional photographer that developed amazing still and video material that made the property not only shine but stand out. Bo's marketing of the house was amazing, using both traditional and more modern and targeted digital outlets. Throughout the entire sales process, Bo tracked every aspect of the sale. He ensured optimization of my time, which was invaluable. I will definitely be seeking Bo's services in the future when executing my next move and will be exclusively recommending him to family and friends.
