This purchase was the 3rd house Chris showed us. In all three instances, he always took into account what we were looking for, what our needs were and our budget. He offered feedback and guidance to help us navigate through each process and negotiated on our behalf for our dream home, without ever being pushy or suggesting we make offers outside of our budget. He always said, "Only offer what you are comfortable with." He gave his knowledge of the market to hep us determine what was a fair offer. He made the the paperwork portion of the offer seamless by e-mailing us all documents electronically, which was extremely helpful since we were in the midst of the coronavirus epidemic. When you are looking to make a large purchase like a home, there are so many stresses that go along with it, whether it's financing, inspection etc. It was such a relief to have an agent that always treated you as a friend and went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and took the stress out of it for you. I would recommend Chris to any of my friends or family for any type of real estate needs they may have. He cares about finding you the home of your dreams, no matter how many houses he has to show you, over pushing you to settle for less than you want just to make a sale.

Leigh is the absolute best. It took us over a year to find the perfect t home and she was so patient with us. There were times when we requested short notice showings and she always found a way to make them work. She was knowledgeable with concerns in houses and always made sure that we noticed any potential problems. Leigh was so friendly to us.
