Barbara Holcomb understands the art and science of homebuying. She is a gem and represented us and her organization well. She takes her work seriously and prides herself on a job well-done and client satisfaction. She should train every broker on the subtle art of reciprocal business/real estate deals. She is a warm and genuine person as well, she truly made us feel like family in the best way possible! They don't make them like Barbara anymore. She presents as that awesome family member who knows their stuff and who isn't afraid to go the the mat for you. She treated this deal like it was her own, giving us her honest assessment about each property we viewed. Though we have eclectic taste, she extrapolated from the different characteristics that we discussed to inform her searches and to examine the strengths and weaknesses of each home we considered. The entire team was wonderful in helping us negotiate a home purchase from across the country. We're lucky to have found this group.
