Seller reviewWe selected Gail because we didn't feel pressure when we were with her and made the usually stressful experience not as stressful. Her knowledge of the area was a plus as well. Gail represented Judge Fite with the upmost professionalism and would definitely refer or use her again without a doubt. She made us feel very comfortable in the process. I sincerely feel like she would have helped us move if we had asked! Judge Fite has a great reputation and it came through in the performance. She explained everything to us in a manor that we could understand, we never felt rushed. We also felt like she was just excited about the sale of our home and buying a new home as we were. Our house sold within a day to one of the highest bidders. She explained to us why we should go with the bidder we did and it worked out without any problems. We chose the write buyer. We would leave her office or an outside meeting with her feeling like we were aware of what was going on and what was going to happen, very confident in the process.

She never wasted our time showing us homes that didn't fit us. She and Gail always had the time we needed when we could come down from WI to look. They made it fun, exciting and in the end rewarding.
