Felix is a great guy always very kind and personable. He always is available or gets back to you quickly and is willing to help. Felix had a ton of patience with my family when we bought the house and we had a great experience with him then. When it came time to sell it was a no brainer and he delivered as we had every confidence he would. He understood our situation with the relocation and what we had put into the house as far as renovations. If only Felix lived in my new state he would have been my agent to help me find my new house.

I've always had a distrust of sales-people. Never liked car shopping because of it. One of my biggest concerns with buying a home was that I would be stuck with someone that just wanted me to buy as much house for as much money as I would spend. I seriously lucked out when my friends recommended Felix Tomayo to me. Felix was always prompt and on time with our appointments, always had a smile on and tons of helpful information. I understand it must be difficult to be a Real Estate Agent for a first-time-homebuyer, but Felix was extremely patient with us and coached us through every aspect of the process. I can't recommend this gentleman enough. If I'm buying my next home in New Jersey, I will gladly use Felix again
