Seller reviewWe had purchased our property in 2009 and met Pat and Rick. They offered to help with purchasing a home. They were extremely polite, and knowledgeable and found us a great home. 9 years later we were ready to upgrade our home for our children and our first thought was to contact Pat and Rick. They immediately called us back and had remembered us and that meant the world to us. They sold our house in 4 days and were talked us thru the progress and some of the issues that arose. We honestly couldn't do it with out them.

Seller reviewWe have known Rick for a long time. Our previous home sale was a nightmare that Rick and Pat navigated thru and got the house sold over a prolonged time period (due to hurricane sandy). This last home sale took eight days, one open house. Their local knowledge is unmatched and there are no hiccups during settlement because of good prep work.
