Casey and Donna arrived slightly early, which let me know that they care about their customers. They greeted me with a warm genuine smile and proceeded to explain their level of experience. I stopped them halfway through their explanation and said that they were hired. They are genuinely interested in helping people. They walked me through my house and came up with a game plan on how to stage my home to sell quickly and at a premium price. Long story short, my house sold so fast that I didn't have a place to move into. They nailed the pricing, the staging and the needs of potential buyers. They even found me a house to move into and kept things moving so fast that I was able to close in under a month. They were attentive and understanding of my needs when looking for a new home. I am unable to say enough positive things about them without getting commission for a book deal on amazon. Such a great team. These are the kind of people that you would invite to dinner and trust them with your kids. Thank you so much for helping find my dream home. I hope you are still available if I ever sell my current home. Such an exceptional team. I swear that they never sleep. Always available and promptly responded to all questions and concerns. Casey and Donna were great! Casey is extremely knowledgeable and he helped me a lot in that regard. They were extremely patient with me as it seemed I asked about a million questions (lol). And when it came down to bidding on my property, they fought hard to make sure I won the bid....and I did! Closing went so smooth thanks to them. I highly recommend the Foreman Team to everyone

I had a limited amount of time to find a house and was referred by a friend to Casey and Donna, who were on top of things from the first minute. They were very helpful and made things as easy as possible. Casey was friendly and determined, and got me into a great house quickly and in the timeframe I needed. I'm well satisfied and would recommend Casey and Donna Foreman to anyone looking for a house.

Casey Foreman is very efficient and knowledgeable. He Listened and addressed all my wants and needs in looking for a home. He was able to put me in touch with the right people in order for me to make changes that I wanted to make after the purchase of my home. He is very friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. His response time to phone calls is very quick if he can't pick up he will get back to you very quickly. I found that very important. I also like the fact that as soon as I found a house I wanted to look at we saw it within a day or two. He also put in my offer asap which was not always my experience with a previous agent. I would definetly use Casey again if I ever sold or purchased another home.
