She was patient and constantly on my side anytime there were issues or frustrations with listings, deadlines, or sellers. She would always give helpful advice, while still encouraging me to make decisions that worked best for me. In the end, we ended up negotiating a hot property down below market value while still receiving funds to help with renovations. I'm very excited to make this property my own, and would absolutely recommend Kaili to any other home buyers around the Bloomington area!

Seller reviewWe needed to sell our house quickly while moving out of state. We were busy and in the process of coordinating a big move but Kerri was a huge help. I'm a bit neurotic and anxious and had never sold a house but she took the time to ensure I was aware of the problem. She was fabulous and had no issue getting the listing up fast.
