Any time I had a question or felt unsure of the next steps they were always very easy to reach and always had the answers we needed. I was most impressed when we had a huge snag with the home we were selling just days before we needed to vacate, and the Garlands handled the situation efficiently and professionally. We really can't say enough about how highly we would recommend the Garlands, and we will definitely use them again should we need a realtors in the future!

Buyer reviewThis is my 2nd survey for Mike, Susanne, & Melody. I have never done previous business with Mike & Susanne. I read reviews and went with my gut. I dealt mainly with Mike with the 2 purchases of properties. Never felt pressure to "close" a deal. We had the pleasure to interact with Melody at times. She was responsive and polite. We also received communication from Erica Morrell. She was timely in her response to our questions, as well as kept us in the loop with our next steps. Mike & Susanne gave us a non-pressured approach to our purchases. They gave us the space we needed to come to a conclusion on our dealings. They were also aware of our deadlines because these purchases involve a 1031 exchange. Because of that, Mike was able to meet with us promptly for home showings. Very responsive.

Buyer reviewWhat I appreciate from Mike Garland (I dealt with him mainly) was that he wasn't pressuring us to accept any proposals, counters, he left it up to us. He was open and straightforward with all communications. Mike and his crew understood our deadline and through dedication, determination, and effort, we got it done. I never felt bulldozed by Mike. I wish I had the opportunity to have interacted with Susanne Garland (next time) Melody was a charm to speak to. They gave us space to "breathe" so we can come up with our own and honest opinions. I love his attitude of "meat and potatoes" kind of dealings while at the same time remain professional. Perfect for us!!! The above is just a sampling of why I would recommend and Mike & Susanne & Melody Garland again.
