From the very start we had such a good feeling about Tiffany. We tried using someone else back in January of this year, but are so thankful we didn't. I warned Tiffany she would have to hold our hand throughout the process and she made us feel so safe and secure in finding out first home. She listened to what we were looking for, and did such a great job with walking through multiple houses with us before helping us find our home. She also told us "no" when we needed to hear it in the most appropriate way. I can't imagine going through that process with any other realtor, and if/when the time comes will be using Tiffany again! A huge reason we loved her so much is how easy to get a hold of she was. No matter how big or how small the question was, we felt heard and she got us answers back quickly even during the busy holiday season.

I was not sure what to expect with the housing market slowing down a bit but Tiffany Cleveland was the perfect agent for the sale of my house! She knew exactly what to do and when to do it! The process of selling the house went so fast and smooth I couldn't believe it. Tiffany did a great job of pricing the house and staging for the open house then kept in communication with me at all times. I couldn't be more pleased!

What can I say but WOW! Renee Buchanan goes above and beyond. At one point during the sale of our home she was out of the country and still kept us up to date on everything. One particular situation stands out where there was a hiccup on negotiations with the buyer and she stayed on it until it was resolved, by that time it was 1AM her time!
