I am sure this had to be one of the hardest transactions for Opal as I do not use the internet, as a result she had to come to me almost every single day for me to wet sign each and every document. Opal got my home sold, found me a new home and also convinced the new owners of my home to allow me an additional time to stay so I could take my time to move and transition into the new home at no additional cost to me.
