This was the third transaction we completed with Taraneh. She previously found us our new home which we refer to as "Paradise!" She sold the home we were previously living in, and most recently sold this piece of rental property for us. Each transaction was handled professionally by Taraneh! We felt completely confident that she was working diligently in our interest. What continues to stand out is the knowledge Taraneh has of real estate and the whole process! Taraneh is a very talented and knowledgeable realtor. She portrays confidence in herself yet is not afraid to state that she may need to check with her manager on an issue. This made us, as her clients, confident that we were getting the best representation possible! Taraneh communicated with us continuously through each phase of the process to ensure that we understood exactly what was happening and why. At times we felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork. Taraneh reassured us that everyone feels that way and walked us through it all with patience. Tarenah was the perfect real estate agent for us! She was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable but always seeking to learn more, calm yet aggressive, and constantly communicative throughout the entire process. She helped us to purchase our dream home on the water! We were so pleased with her performance that after the closing we signed with her to sell our other property.
