In the end, they helped us find the perfect house for our budget. When it was time for us to sell our house, my wife and I never hesitated about contacting Warren. He, his wife, and staff met with my wife and me. We all came up with a game plan for putting our house on the market. When it was time to go to market, my wife and I needed to delay. Warren was very respectful and accommodating. When it was finally time to go to market, we all discussed comparable home sales in the neighborhood. They spotted a trend that home sales in the neighborhood were actually lower than they had been a few months earlier. They steered us to the perfect selling price. The house sold in 2 days. There was another home in our neighborhood that went on the market at the same time but at a much higher price that was still for sale when we were closing on house. I cannot recommend Warren and Sarah Ivey enough!
