Seller reviewI selected Emmett as my broker based upon information I obtained from a friend who used Emmett as well. Emmett was both professional and friendly during the sale of my property. He made himself easily available if and when I had questions. He was extremely helpful with answering questions concerning house repairs and where/what I should delegate money to when It came to "fixing up" my home.

Buyer reviewBuying my house was exceptionally stressful. Not only was it a new build that involved many insecurities regarding completion dates etc, but we also had some very last minute documentations that were needed (on my side) and difficult to obtain in short notice. Through this all Kim stayed very positive, and kept me from going totally crazy stressing. She is an amazing agent, that honestly cares about her clients and the best outcome for them.
