We knew we needed a broker who was on top of the listing and aggressive in marketing. We had already tried other brokers and Kayla was the difference that resulted in a relatively quick sell. We were very impressed! Everything happened very quickly. Kayla came out and looked at our home, emailed me a proposal, sent out a home stager, then professional pictures. There was no idling, which is exactly what we wanted. The difference between Kayla and other brokers is very apparent. I can't speak more highly of her. We had a great experience! I cannot say enough how grateful we are to Kayla and her team for a smooth closing. We are so appreciative!
