Buyer reviewDebra could have easily been uninvolved in the process of our house build and still received her commission, but she always seemed interested and wanted to help when she was needed. She came to all of our builder meetings, and new construction walk through. We really appreciated the fact that she came to the house and meetings not because she had to, but because she chose and wanted to.

Buyer reviewWanda Kenney and my wife became quick friends and partners in our house search. Wanda would point out things about houses that she knew my wife would not like. That seems very unusual for many agents, as it hurts the "quick sell" aspect of the agents business. What it did instead was develop a trust between Wanda and ourselves that was invaluable in helping remove a little stress from our relocation. She helped us find the right house, at the right price! We were so confident with her, we recommended her to our daughter for her own successful first house search! Would definitely contact Wanda again if we decide to buy or sell!

Seller reviewWe were buying and selling at the same time. This is a really stressful process and Debbie was so patient with us in making sure everything went smoothly. She held ample open houses for us and did plenty of marketing to get our house out there. 23 had lots of traffic that eventually led to a buyer. We are not in the final stages of buying our dream home and we can't thank Debbie enough for making it happen for us!!
