During the process she called and texted regularly and always returned my messages promptly. I really feel like we established a great relationship during our month together. Karen was on top of everything. I don't think I would have made it through this process without her. She knew the area, made excellent referrals for the inspector, and kept everyone current on the timeline and contracts.

She successfully negotiates the transaction in favor of her client and has the experience to avoid the issues that cause many agents to stumble. In real estate there are always various comments and concerns which if addressed effectively result in a successful transaction. Karen has the experience and skill of knowing when and how to address these comments and concerns to keep the transaction on track to closing.

Karen also zeroed in on what we were looking for in a home and sought the homes that would be a good fit for us in our price range. Her years of experience and knowledge of Northeast Atlanta have been helpful as we relocated from out of state. Karen started as our realtor and ended as our friend.
