Kim Hayes is extremely good at what she does. Great disposition. If she was having a bad day, we never knew it. Even if she wasn't smiling we could tell she was still happy. Kim had everything under control, kept us informed and motivated. I have recommended Kim Hayes to several people already. If we ever have to move again, Kim will be our realtor again!

Jessica Shipman, is one of the most patient person I've ever met. Blessed her heart. In my opinions I can say I drove her crazy. However, she will say I didn't. Ms. Shipman, is the sweetest women you want to be friends with... of course after you purchase the house LOL. Because she is the type of professional in the real estate industry that you don't get to find often. Jessica Shipman, is super polite, attentive, genuine, knowledgeable, savvy, and 100% trustworthy. She is available when you need her... I think above and beyond. I never had a question or doubt unanswered. Ms. Shipman, has been there every step of the way. She is the type of realtor that sufferers with you, any home loss. In the process we had put offers and lost more than 7 interested homes. I was sad and discouraged as the market in Maryland is crazy and moves fast. But that didn't stop Jessica Shipman, from finding us prospective homes daily. Ms. Shipman, provided ud with support and positive thoughts. She is there with you every step of the way. Ms. Shipman, went above and beyond with us... My husband was in Korea and I was in Virginia. I did many road trips to see houses. However, the times I was not able to be there to take a look at homes, Jessica did it for me, took pictures and videos. I can't say enough about Jessica's professionalism, she spent long hours helping us looking for homes available as they where going off market fast. As I stated she was very supportive... when we finally founded the home that was ment to be for us; Jessica even step in and was part of the home inspection and Septic inspection as I could not be there. What else can a person ask? For me that is true commitment and being there for your clients. As I am stating all these about Jessica, I have to say that she is also a Military wife and a busy mom; this lady is one heck of professional and a trooper when real states comes. I totally recommend her and if we move I definitely will only trust in her.

The stress of purchasing a home can lead to significant negative interactions with everyone including family, but she made the process smooth, easy, and straight forward. She was on top of the lenders, inspections, and sellers throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel confused or left out of any aspect of buying this home. We are very happy to have worked with Mrs. Hayes, and highly recommend her to any and every one we see that are in the market for a home.
