Your Beacon to the American Dream Lighthouse Team Lead Tom Millar and his wife Paula moved to the Northern Virginia area with their four children when he was stationed there in late 1995 with the Air Force. After another 10 years and two back-to-back military assignments, he completed a satisfying career in the United States Air Force retiring with 20 years of service as a Major and Chief Systems Engineer for a large defense communications organization in the area.

Choosing Real Estate Having completed engineering degrees at Arizona State University and Stanford University, Tom was well poised to continue on as a Defense contractor…but there was something missing. He felt God was leading him to something different where he could help people in more tangible ways. Real Estate seemed to be a natural transition, and he began his Real Estate career in early 2004.

Now, after 12 years and closing on over 330 transactions, Tom and The Lighthouse Team has the experience base you need to help you with a listing or a purchase in the Northern Virginia area. Ranked the #17 top producer in the Mid-Atlantic, Tom leads the Lighthouse Team consisting of Bill DePugh (USAF Retired military), Rebecca Ferguson, Kelsi Andrade, Maggie Angell, and Sara Rudolph.

Area Expertise Lighthouse Team Real Estate is very familiar with the Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun County areas, having helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in all three counties. Living in Prince William County and having an office in Fairfax county enhances our exposure to and ability to serve these areas.

Specialties and Experience Through New Millennium's relationship with CARTUS, the largest relocation company in the world, Tom is a certified Relocation Sales and Marketing Specialist giving him the skills, training, and experience to assist departing and arriving relocation employees.     Tom was very responsive. His attention to detail was incredible, and he was always reachable by phone or email and went further to check on water issues, mail, etc. I would work with Tom again and recommend him highly to others.

    Bill DePugh was reccomended by a family member and he was just as awesome as we were told. He was incredibly responsive and helped us close on a house very quickly. Bill took time to help explain the home buying process to us (which is important for first time home buyers!) and also helped us understand certain aspects of home owning, like how to do some of the minor repairs needed around the home, etc. While Bill is clearly incredibly knowledgable, he never made us feel like we didn't know what we were doing, or tried to give us the "run around" on information. We would highly reccomend Bill DePugh to others.
