Over the decades, Linda has earned consistent awards for her performance. As head of The Linda Hall Team at Century 21 First Choice, she has been recognized with these honors: Century 21 President's Award for Volume and Quality Service; and the first recipient to receive the National Century 21 Technology Producer of the Year Award in 2012. The Linda Hall Team was voted the Best Real Estate Team in Fort Mill in 2020, 2021, 2022. After 3 consecutive years we were voted into the Business Hall of Fame. Linda is originally from Charlotte, NC. She lives with her longtime husband, Pete Hall and has a grown son who followed in her real estate footsteps. The joy of her life is her grandson, Kaleb, and her Golden Retriever Molly. Tragically, in August 2021, she lost her oldest grandson, Will, due to a car accident but he will always be in her heart.

Seller reviewLinda and Caroline have a reputation in the Tega Cay/Fort Mill area as being honest, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Linda and Caroline communicate in a very timely manner and treat you are their only client. Amanda does an amazing job keeping us on task with closing. She knows exactly what steps are next and there are no surprises. Caroline and Linda have an amazing team of resources if there are any handy person requirements as well as roofing and A/C. They are a wealth of local information. I have already recommended this team to my friends and family.

Seller reviewWe purchased the home through Linda Hall/Century 21 First Choice 8 years ago. The agent did a great job. The broker did an excellent job of keeping us informed about what was going on in the community, the changing value of our home, and annual pie giveaways :-) We continuously felt connected to the broker, so we chose to use the broker again, even though our agent was no longer there. We worked directly with agent Caroline McCarthy. Caroline was very approachable, friendly, informative and helpful. She came out and shared the process and what to expect even though we were clear that we were not yet ready to put the house on the market. She gave helpful suggestions about how to prepare the home for showing. Once we decided to put the home on the market she did a thorough review of the prices of comparable homes and suggested a reasonable price for the house. She quickly set everything up to get our house on the market as soon as possible. She provided good information and suggestions. She was a good advocate on our behalf with the buyers' agent. In addition to Caroline, Amanda did a good job of keeping us informed about next steps and what had been completed. Overall Caroline, Linda & Amanda did an excellent job selling our home! They did an outstanding job for us!

Seller reviewSabine is always amazing to work with and handle RE transactions. We've now used Sabine for 4 RE transactions (buy/sell existing home, buy vacant land, build new house), and have expectations of using her again. We don't see the need to ever consider another RE professional to help with our future purchases/investments.
