Buyer reviewOn March 2, my family found out that the house we were renting was going to be sold before June 1, leaving us less than 3 months to find a new place when the market is crazy. We were planning on living there another 2 years to save up more money to build a home down the road. God had other plans. I contacted Tammy that night telling her our story and what we were looking for. She got back immediately and said she new a house going on the market the next day. Because we weren't pre-approved yet, and most places don't do a less than 24 hours pre-approval turnaround, she recommended to me someone specifically at WNB that would and stayed in contact with them and me. We saw the home that next night. I told her this was the house and what do I need to do to get it, especially since the housing market was fast. She told me a few things, which I did them all and they accepted my offer an hour later! This was such a blessing from God and He put her in our path to help with this. We closed on April 9, almost a month later, with no issues!
