Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.
Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.
Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.
Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.
Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.
Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

Buyer reviewI've worked with other realtors in the past and was starting to get very discouraged in my search for a house. What I was looking for was very specific. As soon as I met Michelle Jerow from the Mark Frisco team, I knew she would be the one to find what I was looking for. I could tell that she really understood what I was describing. She took all of my priorities into consideration and didn't waste any time. As predicted, she was able to really get creative and come through with the house that fit the description! Once we moved into closing, the Mark Frisco team was extremely efficient and accommodating. This entire process, from their end, was such a smooth and a hassle free experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Thankfully we found Michelle and the Mark Frisco Team. They helped us find the perfect home. We are so grateful to them. They made the entire process stress free and honestly, so easy from start to finish. The admin staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everyone on the team treated us like family. Seller reviewMark definitely has his finger on the pulse of the waterfront housing market in Calvert County! He patiently and expertly guided my 80 year-old mother and me through the process of what and how to update critical spaces in her 38-year old home. Mark and his team always responded to our questions and concerns quickly and confidently. Our interactions with the Mark Frisco Team were always respectful, informative, encouraging, and kind. When we interacted with other Century 21 New Millennium staff before and after meetings, or when I needed to drop of a paper or contractor payment, they were also friendly and professional. It is very apparent that they love what they do, and they feel pride in helping and supporting folks through big transitions. Mark trained and mentored his team well ~ they modeled his exceptional character, expertise, and kindness throughout our experience. His team went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mom and me clear out the basement, garage, garden shed, and boat house during the 11th hour. On that last morning, I called Bethany to say we weren't sure how we could get everything out. She immediately responded that she would be there in less than 20 minutes. She, and 2 other team members, came to our rescue! When their cars came up the driveway, we could hear the Cavalry Recall Bugle Call in our exhausted minds! I can't tell you how many times my mom has referred to them as "Angels from Heaven," when she tells the story. From supporting an elderly widow who had never considered replacing her carpet, appliances, or countertops through critical updates, to staging her home to make it magazine-ready, to navigating multiple above-asking price offers, to physically boxing and carrying paint, tools, and building supplies, and finally cleaning out and disposing of miscellaneous items in the shed and boat house, the Mark Frisco Team emulated the "dream realty team" that every home seller wants! The Mark Frisco Team deserves the highest commendations available! We could not be more grateful for their guidance and support through this major life experience!
