Pouya flawlessly facilitated the sale of my investment property. I felt like I had an advantage working with him and all his real estate expertise. Coral has a warm heart and sweet spirit and it shows in how she renders her services as well as communicates. From the first meeting, my wife and I felt at peace and confident that we had the right person on our team that could get us the best outcome possible. Coral paid close attention to details, always spared time to teach us the pros and cons of certain decisions, and most of all, she was very patient. She was a huge help with assisting us with finding companies to help with repairs needed for our home per the inspection report and even price checked for the best value. With COVID being an added element to the home selling process we did not expect we assumed the worst. However, Coral went above and beyond with wiping down our home and practicing extreme caution with managing the prospect buyers during open house appointments. Being that we had our first chld during this time it was amazing to know Coral was committed to keeping us and our new addition to our family safe. We would 110% work with Coral again and will recommend her to our friends and family.

Kathleen Mayflower is one of the most caring and honest people I know. She has helped my not once but twice make the most difficult and challenging process fun and laid back. She is works hard for you the customer and no matter how much you think you are getting on her nerves you really aren't she loves what she does and she is good at it. She knows the area like the back of her hand and she genuinely cares about each family that she works with. We aren't just a job or a commission to her and that is rare in people in this day and time. I would recommend Kathleen to friends, family, co-workers and anyone I know that is in need of a true professional, person that will take the time with you good bad and indifferent to find the home of your dreams.
