I am a licensed broker, have been in the commercial real estate industry my entire career and my father was a home builder. Based on my experience with Dawn Tollus, I now have a whole new level of respect and appreciation for the value of excellent customer service and residential expertise. She is patient, has expert experience and is an advocate for her client. Although I negotiate "real estate deals" on a daily basis, I would not sell or buy a house in Loudoun County without Dawn Tollus.

The seller and their agent were extremely difficult to work with and communicate to. Dawn was unfailingly polite yet firm where required. She protected our interests and work to ensure a knowledgeable sale and that we understood the strengths and weaknesses of the property we purchased. She never even blinked at the long and arcane list of buyer requirements and met every one of them

I cannot say enough great things about Dawn. She went above and beyond her typical line of responsibilities to ensure our first home buying experience was smooth. She was comforting, supportive, reassuring, and above all else, incredibly friendly. We truly felt like she was helping us as a friend, not just as an agent. We never felt pressure to make a decision and made every decision with as much knowledge as possible, thanks to Dawn. She took the time to explain every document, every term, every process, in great detail. I honestly can't get over how easy this process was!! It was very apparent Dawn knew what she was doing and did it flawlessly.

Pouya Safa has made our home purchase a far easier experience than I ever imagined. We moved from the UK two years ago and the house purchasing process there is very different. Pouya spent a lot of time with us setting the right expectations and was extremely patient with us; handholding us through all the various documents and processes (Sometimes, multiple times!).
