Buyer reviewBrian Noel was great at spending the time to help me feel knowledgeable about reasonable home values, both of the home I was buying, and of the one I needed to sell. He also alerted me to potential contract issues when I was negotiating. He was also educated and forthcoming about financing options. And he was skilled at helping two parties come to a fair middle ground. He is also polite and professional. I would use him again!

Seller reviewWe were impressed by Brian Noel and his knowledge of the real-estate market. We found him to be dependable, easy to work with, interested in our needs and desires. I will recommend Brian Noel. He was personable and knew what he was talking about at all times. He also stayed with us as we struggled to find the correct time to move and the correct place to move to. We consider him to be honest in his dealings and patient in his care of our concerns.

Seller reviewI've done several real estate transactions now with Brian Noel (and his team). I've been the buyer and the seller and would highly recommend them. It's always been a pleasure and they do a wonderful job keeping me in informed and answering my questions. They do an incredible job at negotiating. I had even tried to use Homie to sell property for a period of time and that really wasn't getting me anywhere except wasting me time showing the property myself to unqualified buyers. I've recommended Brian and team to several friends, I know of at least one that also purchased a property with Brian. I really can't say enough great things about working with them. If you think you have a toss up between Brian and another agent... you don't, just pick Brian and get on with the more important decisions of buying or selling a property.

Ruthanne even went so far as to introduce our teen daughter to a teen girl at the high school they would be attending together. That's personalized service and the sort of extra attention that can make a move less stressful! They were wonderful.
