We had 2 big tasks on our hands; finding a new house and selling our current home. That's where Elizabeth Padgett came in. We had a very specific list of things we needed our new home to provide for us. Elizabeth took us on (knowing that we were going to be 'needy' clients) with a smile and a 'let's do it' attitude. Day after day she sent us listings, we had MANY adventures in house hunting. She took us far and wide in search of our new place without complaint. If she didn't answer straight away when we called it never took any time for her to get back in touch with us. She was always very flexible with meeting times since my husband had to work until 5 most days. Elizabeth answered my hordes of ridiculous questions (and I DO mean hordes) with patience and grace. She kept her cool when I wanted to jump out of my skin. That meant a lot. I feel like she often went out of her way for our family. I would recommend (and have already recommended) Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. The very same day we accepted an offer on our house, Elizabeth showed us THE house, our new farm. The timing couldn't have been better. Closing happened on schedule and she was there for us every little step of the way! The whole office staff was never anything but kind, cordial, and helpful.
